We have an opportunity for an ADM Technician to join the team at the Silverstone Facility. In this role you will be responsible for producing high-quality parts using a variety of rapid prototyping technologies. You will work closely with design engineers to create prototype parts for Wind Tunnel testing and the full-size race car. We aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team. • Operate and maintain 3D printers and other rapid prototyping equipment
• Planning and Programming of builds for 3d printing technologies
• Collaborate with design engineers to produce RP parts for Wind Tunnel testing
• Maintaining the workflow of the rapid prototyping department
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
• Ensure all safety guidelines and protocols are followed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Troubleshoot issues and make repairs as necessary
• Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements
• Monitor and report on project progress, particularly related to RP builds
• Work with design teams and engineers to determine material specifications and requirements
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure on time delivery
• Be on call as part of the rota, 1 week in 9

What do you need to bring to the team?

• Experience working in an ADM department (Motorsports is preferable).
• A broad knowledge across multiple ADM technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and designs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with design engineers.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing demands.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to perform duties in a timely manner with minimal errors.
• Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture.
