Cadillac Formula 1® Team is seeking a commercially driven and creatively ambitious Director of Global Partnership Strategy & Activation to develop bespoke partnership propositions for brands, aligning commercial opportunities with client business, brand, and marketing objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how partners leverage the power of Cadillac Formula 1® Team to drive measurable business impact on a global stage.
Reporting to the VP Commercial Intelligence, a key focus of the role will be creating relevant and compelling storytelling bringing together data insights and creative concepts to lead the development of world-class partnership strategies. You will help support the wider team with the skills to define and articulate how Cadillac Formula 1® Team, can deliver measurable business outcomes for partners such as brand awareness, customer engagement, B2B value creation and revenue growth.
Working closely with the Partner Acquisition team, you will lead the development of breakthrough go-to-market strategies and activation concepts, aligned to our teams’ commercial objectives, brand positioning and fan engagement ambitions. You will immerse yourself deeply within prospective partner businesses to understand industry trends, commercial priorities, customer challenges, and growth opportunities, translating insights into strategically relevant partnership solutions
In this role you will combine your deep knowledge of Formula 1®, motorsport, or global sports sponsorship with commercial acumen, and fan culture expertise to create innovative partnership solutions that elevate both the Cadillac F1® Team brand and those of our commercial partners
