Motorcycle Race Mechanic

NP Racing | British Superbike Championship

NP Racing is looking for a mechanic to join the team for the 2026 British Superbike season.

This role is within the Superbike class, working on a Honda machine across all championship rounds and official tests.

The Role

• Work trackside Friday to Sunday at all BSB rounds
  
• Attend all official pre-season and in-season tests
  
• Prepare, maintain and support the Superbike throughout race weekends
  
• Work closely with the rider and team personnel
  
• Maintain high standards of reliability and presentation
  

Requirements

• Previous race experience preferred
  
• Competent and confident on tools
  
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced paddock environment
  
• Reliable and committed for the full season
