Race Mechanic (Australian Supercars Championship)

ABOUT GROVE RACING

Grove Racing competes in the Australian Supercars Championship. Currently second in the Supercars Team Championship.

Primarily based at our modern facility in Braeside, Victoria, you will be required to travel to all Supercars events and test days. You will work collaboratively within the team, responsible for preparing and maintaining our Penrite Racing Supercars to the highest standard, both at the factory and trackside.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Assemble and service race cars to the highest performance standards.
• Maintain tools and competition equipment, ensuring everything is race-ready.
• Assist with general tasks to continuously improve car and team performance.
• Participate as an integral member of the pit stop crew during races.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience as a qualified mechanic.

• Willingness to participate in the team fitness program designed to maximise physical strength and endurance.

• Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical components.

• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to manage workload efficiently under pressure.

• A positive, professional attitude and a team-first mentality.
