Summary
The Coordinator, Public & Government Affairs handles administrative tasks, assists with the coordination of meetings and events throughout legislative and race schedules and assists with travel arrangements of the NASCAR Public & Government Affairs department. Ability to be flexible as the team’s workload fluctuates and step in to help where needed. Must learn and follow department processes.This role exercises discretion and independent judgment in managing sensitive information, coordinating complex scheduling logistics, and administering departmental processes that support executive-level and government affairs initiatives. The position regularly handles confidential and proprietary information and is responsible for ensuring compliance with established internal policies and external requirements.
