Financial Regulations Manager
Alpine Formula One Team is looking for a highly skilled Financial Regulations Manager to join our Finance Department and play a central role in ensuring compliance with the FIA Financial Regulations.

The Role
As our Financial Regulations Manager, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of all activities related to the FIA Financial Regulations and Cost Cap. You’ll lead the preparation of key submissions, manage external audits, and partner with departments across the business to embed strong financial controls and regulatory understanding.
This role is essential in ensuring the team meets its regulatory obligations while maximising resources and maintaining competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities include:
Lead the preparation of all FIA‑compliant submissions, working closely with the wider finance team.
Manage external audits, liaise with the FIA and auditors, and coordinate responses to queries.
Act as the team’s subject matter expert for the FIA regulatory framework, delivering training and workshops.
Monitor regulatory changes, assess impacts, and communicate updates across the organisation.
Collaborate with Cost Efficiency, Strategy, and FP&A teams on Cost Cap forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities.
Support transformation projects to enhance reporting, controls, and audit processes.
Build strong relationships with senior managers, budget holders, and operational teams.
Influence decision‑making by providing insight into financial performance and resource management.
About You - Skills & Experience
Technical Background
A recognised finance qualification (ACCA/CIMA/AAT or QBE).
Strong technical finance skills and a passion for accuracy and service excellence.
Experience with financial accounting and modern MIS tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI).
Previous experience with Formula One Financial Regulations is desirable.
Core & Personal Skills
Exceptional communication skills, able to engage both financial and non‑financial audiences.
Excellent planning, organisation, and problem‑solving ability.
A proactive, diligent, and enthusiastic approach, with outstanding attention to detail.
