For many fans of Formula One, the sport exists between lights and chequered flag on a Sunday afternoon. It begins and ends with the exploits of the drivers on the track. But this is merely the tip of the spear. The reality of modern F1 is that of a complex and intertwined operation, every part of which needs to perform near its limit if success is to be achieved. From the pit crew searching for the ultimate repeatable pit stop, to the inspiration of the designers, the application of engineers and the herculean efforts of an army of fabricators and machinists. Much of our success is thanks to the diversity of thought and spectrum of skill sets held within the team, our ability to recognise unique contributions from individual team members is just a part of why we love what we do.

Job Description

Red Bull Powertrains is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the team as we compete in our first racing season as a fully integrated Power Unit and Chassis operation. Based at our state‑of‑the‑art engineering and manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to build your career within a world‑class motorsport environment.

This is a development role, ideal for someone with some initial experience in logistics or operations who is keen to learn, grow, and be part of a high‑performance team. You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and given exposure to a fast‑paced, global operation where no two days are the same.

Working at the heart of our logistics function, you’ll help ensure components, equipment, and consumables are delivered where and when they’re needed, both at the factory and trackside. This role also offers occasional travel to events, providing hands‑on experience in a live racing environment.

The Role:

  • Support the coordination of shipments to and from events and suppliers
  • Assist with the receipt and processing of event returns, ensuring items are directed to the correct teams
  • Help manage third‑party logistics bookings and track deliveries
  • Work in line with Dangerous Goods requirements (training provided where required)
  • Support freight operations across air, sea, and road shipments
  • Assist with unloading and checking equipment at events
  • Help prepare shipping documentation in line with required standards and regulations
  • Support inventory tracking and ensure accuracy of freight content
  • Assist in managing race team consumables and stock levels

To be considered for this role:

  • Some experience or exposure within logistics, operations, or a similar environment
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn from others
  • A proactive approach and good attention to detail
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfortable working flexible hours when required
  • A team player who is reliable and takes pride in their work

This role is a great platform to develop your skills and career within a high‑performance motorsport environment. If you’re motivated, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a team delivering at the highest level, we’d love to hear from you.

At Red Bull Racing, we don’t just compete, we innovate, disrupt, and push beyond the limits of performance. We are driven by relentless ambition, cutting-edge technology and the determination to win at every level. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, and we thrive on trust, creativity, and bold ideas. Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy:

Bonus scheme

Private healthcare

A pension scheme

On-site gym

Free daily food allowance

And many more!
