Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Lead Race Mechanic to take full responsibility for vehicle preparation, operation, and performance safety throughout race weekends.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of a competitive motorsport programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of car build, setup application, and preparation
• Provide in-race support, diagnostics, and fault resolution
• Work closely with engineers and drivers to optimise performance
• Maintain exceptional standards in high-pressure, time-critical environments

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a No.1 / Lead Mechanic
• Ginetta experience desirable but not essential
• Strong mechanical knowledge with excellent diagnostic capability
• Calm, professional, and detail-focused under pressure

Location

UK race circuits (nationwide travel required)

Commitment

All Ginetta race weekends
