As a Project Manager within our IT function, you’ll play a key role in delivering digital projects within a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
Working across a diverse portfolio, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of multiple fast-paced projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
As a Project Manager, you will:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple small to medium-sized IT and digital projects, typically delivered within 1–3 months
Collaborate with stakeholders and user communities to capture requirements, define project scope, and agree clear objectives and success criteria
Define and track key deliverables, milestones, and KPIs to ensure projects remain on schedule
Plan and coordinate internal and external resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of business capacity
Lead, organise, and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes at pace
Take a proactive approach to keeping projects on track, removing blockers and driving progress where required
Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and ongoing financial tracking
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring appropriate escalation where needed
Monitor and report on project progress regularly, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders
Measure customer satisfaction and ensure delivery meets user and business expectations
Continuously improve project delivery practices and contribute to the development of the wider project management framework
Support and guide colleagues in adopting consistent and effective project management approaches

Has experience delivering small to medium-sized projects in a fast-paced, high-change environment
Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and context switching effectively
Has experience working within complex, engineering-led or technical environments
Possesses strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels
Shows excellent organisational and time management capabilities, with a methodical and structured approach
Is confident driving delivery and maintaining momentum, including taking hands-on ownership where needed to ensure deadlines are met
Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
Is comfortable working with project management and collaboration tools
Brings strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and foster a collaborative team environment
Remains calm under pressure and thrives in environments with tight deadlines and high expectations
Is proactive, flexible, and results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
